Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Guidelines
- Condition: Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom items (e.g., personalized pieces)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids)
- Gift cards

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the item following the standard return process and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
